This is such a great message, however not always easy to experience!


Many of us are well practiced in the art of worrying, which is simply engaging in and believing thoughts/images about the future that we DON’T want to happen!


So, when you notice that you’re worrying about something, perhaps try the following:

  1. Notice the thoughts and label them – “ahh having a worrying thought”
  2. With intention, gently move your awareness to the body and notice areas of tension, that you can now choose to soften, such as the face, jaw, shoulders etc
  3. Finally settle your awareness on the breath, breathing deeply and slowly for a few breaths and then allowing the body to breathe naturally – maybe raise a subtle smile.
