See if you can remember as often as you can, to acknowledge unhelpful thoughts and leave them alone.
Wake up to the present moment even if its just for a short while:
  • Feel the breath
  • Listen to sounds
  • Taste food
  • Feel the body moving
  • Feel bodily sensations
  • Look around you and notice what you can see.
