Hi Everyone,

The weather is so unpredictable isn’t it and it keeps on changing?
One day it’s glorious sunshine; the next it’s so much cooler and it rains!!
We cannot control the weather and maybe, instead of getting upset by engaging in thoughts of complaints about wanting it to be different, we can learn to just accept how it is each day and let it pass, whilst making practical steps to look after ourselves.
Just as we can’t control the weather, neither can we control our own internal weather patterns of emotions.
We can however learn to notice the different patterns of emotions, feel them with kindness, breathe and know that they too shall pass.
Remember that emotions are there to be felt, not thought about!
