Hello Everyone and a Happy New Year!
The start of a new year is a great time to make some healthy changes in our lives.
The science of experience-dependant neuroplasticity shows that we all have the power to change our brains for the better.
What you pay attention to – what you rest your mind on – is the primary shaper of your brain.
Practising mindfulness and gratitude is one such way that can build up a lasting sense of ease, confidence, self-acceptance,
kindness, feeling loved, contentment and inner peace.
Perhaps you could mentally note or actually write down three things each day that you feel grateful for.
Over time, this will overcome the negativity bias and build inner strength and happiness into your brain.
Warm wishes,
Roz
