Hi Everyone,

Mindfulness practice is not about finding some exalted state of bliss, peace or freedom of thought.
It’s about resting in awareness of our experience just as it is, without resisting and allowing it all to just be there.

When we rest in awareness with no goals or expectations, we can find that paradoxically, a sense of freedom and peace naturally arises.
