Often when life becomes challenging, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the difficulties around us.
At this time it can be really helpful to draw on our inner resources to help manage the challenging times.
A great way to do this is to reflect on pleasurable experiences and have a sense of appreciation and gratitude for them.
We can then learn to allow ourselves to receive the feeling of happiness.
