Hi Everyone,

From my experience, allowing ourselves to do nothing for just a few moments, without feeling guilty takes practice.

When we arrive at that place of knowing that doing nothing is ok, it becomes a little easier.

We can then realise the wonderful benefits for both ourselves and for others in our lives –  and all we had to do was – NOTHING!!
