– find out more about Caroline, Emma & Roz –
Helping people to feel more content, less stressed and kinder to themselves and others. Enabling people to live a life with greater emotional resilience and to get in touch with their true potential. We teach Mindfulness from our own personal experience as well as using the proven, scientific research findings demonstrating the benefits that Mindfulness can bring. We are passionate about making Mindfulness accessible to everyone.
I am a qualified Mindfulness teacher, as well as a Breathworks Workplace Associate. I have been practising Mindfulness meditation for over 25 years and am passionate about sharing what I have learnt with others.
I have taught Mindfulness in a variety of private, corporate and charity settings. Mindfulness is recognised by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as it is clinically proven to help manage anxiety and depression, as well as the everyday stresses that a lot of us experience at times in our lives. I have trained in Mindfulness for Stress as well as in Mindfulness for Health, which helps people to manage chronic pain and other long term health conditions. I am particularly interested in how practising Mindfulness can help us to gain perspective on the various challenges that come our way in life. I feel very fortunate to be able to share its many benefits, including gaining a greater sense of calm, compassion and contentment.
I am a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher and Psychotherapist (trained under the Human Givens model of counselling and regulated by the Professional Standards Agency). I have been practising Mindfulness meditation for over 6 years and teach Mindfulness courses to corporate teams, public sector teams, the general public and charity organisations including the MS Society and Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation. I also treat clients on a 1:1 basis for a variety of physical and emotional difficulties.
I feel very fortunate to be able to help and support people to bring Mindfulness into their lives. I teach by experience as I have Multiple Sclerosis and have found Mindfulness to bring many benefits to my life.
I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant and Mindfulness Teacher. I’m a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCP)
For many years now I have been fortunate enough to support individuals suffering from both physical and emotional difficulties, to gain meaningful employment or to support employees in their current roles. I have a strong interest in exploring how Mindfulness can help alleviate both physical and emotional suffering for people and I feel privileged to be able to use my ongoing Mindfulness practice and experiences, together with the ever increasing amount of published scientific research to help support people in this way.
Lovely and insightful. Made me realise that being in the present moment allows me to discover the happiness I’ve always aimed for. Really enjoyed the course and everything it has offered. Thank you.
