Roz is passionate about supporting and improving the mental health and wellbeing of employers and their employees.
Her vision is to help people feel more content, less stressed and be kinder to themselves and others.
With the Present Mind courses, Roz is committed to making Mindfulness inclusive and accessible to everyone, because she believes strongly that it enables us to live with greater emotional resilience when it comes to manage life’s challenges.

Qualifications
Roz has a distinction-grade postgraduate diploma in Mindfulness and Compassion from the University of Aberdeen. She is qualified to teach the Mindfulness Based Living Course developed by the Mindfulness Association and also the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses.

Roz is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS); she is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association of Mindfulness-based Approaches (BAMBA)
Roz has over twenty years of experience supporting employers to manage employees sickness absence and also delivering health and wellbeing courses.
Roz has practised Mindfulness for over fourteen years and is motivated by the way it has enriched and transformed her life, along with the extensive scientific research that provides evidence for the significant benefits for others.
She has worked in many different organisations as a Psychologist and a Mindfulness Teacher for over twenty years and she is passionate about supporting employers and their employees mental health and wellbeing both at work and in their personal lives.
Present Mind was co-founded in 2016 by Roz Kings, Emma Wardropper and Caroline Raven.
After several years of teaching Mindfulness courses together, Caroline and Emma are now pursuing different ventures, although we all continue to enjoy regularly meeting to share ideas.
Caroline is pursuing her interests in coaching – helping people to find their “life purpose”; Emma continues her work as a psychotherapist offering 1:1 counselling and mindfulness sessions plus corporate emotional wellbeing inputs.
Roz continues to run Present Mind with a strong focus on offering emotional wellbeing and mindfulness courses in the workplace.
