Present Mind was co-founded in 2016 by Roz Kings, Emma Wardropper and Caroline Raven.

After several years of teaching Mindfulness courses together, Caroline and Emma are now pursuing different ventures, although we all continue to enjoy regularly meeting to share ideas.

Caroline is pursuing her interests in coaching – helping people to find their “life purpose”; Emma continues her work as a psychotherapist offering 1:1 counselling and mindfulness sessions plus corporate emotional wellbeing inputs.

Roz continues to run Present Mind with a strong focus on offering emotional wellbeing and mindfulness courses in the workplace.
