Security of your information 
Present Mind uses third party providers such as Mailchimp, Paypal and Stripe to manage your course and event bookings, newsletter subscription preferences and to process payment. The security of personal information is a high priority. The website and all associated data is maintained with technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure. Present Mind is committed to providing reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect our website and the information contained within against foreseeable hazards.

Information we collect and how it is used 
To make a booking with Present Mind, users are asked to provide certain information including name, phone, email and address. This information and your booking history will be stored electronically on Stripe for two years and on a secure encrypted server. Any paper copies will be held by Present Mind in a dedicated secure storage space for seven years after the date of your last class with Present Mind. This data will be kept strictly for insurance and tax purposes and will be securely destroyed at the end of this term.

Payments for classes and services are securely processed via the Paypal or Stripe, platform supported by Woo Commerce. Your payment details and bank information is never seen by Present Mind, as payments are handled externally via Paypal or Stripe, however your Paypal email address is recorded when a transaction is completed.
Present Mind will not provide your information to any third party.

 

If you have opted in to email updates/newsletter, you may cancel participation by following the unsubscribe link on each newsletter. Information you provide will be stored electronically and may only be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to, one-off promotional e-mailing, direct mail and sales contacts.
