Designed for those who have already completed a 6 or 8 week course, this is an ideal opportunity to kick start your practice, or extend/deepen it for those who are already practising regularly.

What will the course cover?
The course will include topics such as:
- our true motivation to practise mindfulness and a ‘survivor’s guide’ to getting back on track and maintaining a regular practice
- befriending physical pain and difficult emotions
- how to enhance pleasure
- bringing more kindness and compassion into our lives
- breaking unhelpful habits
- the role of gratitude

Places are limited to 16. Cost includes 6 group sessions, course materials, access to our Present Mind Mindfulness App or CD with guided sessions and course completion certificate. There is free, on-road parking. There are also a few reduced price places for people on low income or benefits.
