6 week Mindfulness for Menopause course
We will take you through some tried and tested techniques to help boost your well-being, your mood and your emotional resilience – tools that you can take with you and use for the rest of your life.
Maximum 18 participants.
Facilitated by Caroline Raven and Fidelma Farley, two qualified (& menopausal!) mindfulness teachers, with almost twenty years of combined teaching experience.
Online (live) sessions via Zoom.
Time: Tuesday evenings 6.30-8pm with optional 8-8.30pm add-on peer chat/support session.
Dates: 5 October, 12 October, 19 October, 2 November, 9 November, 16 November 2021.
