Mindfulness on Mondays

Set yourself up for the week with a bit of calm and self-care.

20 minutes live, free, weekly guided Mindfulness practice with Caroline from Present Mind.

Every Monday (except bank holidays) 12noon – 12.20pm, via Zoom.

Open to all. Drop-in sessions – no pressure to attend every week, just come along when you can.
