A chance to refresh or deepen your Mindfulness practice, take a break from the stresses of daily life and make some time for yourself in a calm, rural setting.

These retreats are designed for people who have had some experience of Mindfulness. There will be periods of teaching, guided Mindfulness meditation and silent practice throughout the day, interspersed with periods of moving about, reading, eating etc.
A really great way to nurture yourself for a few hours!
Please bring your own lunch; hot drinks will be provided.
