Mindfulness for Workplace | How It Works

Throughout the Mindfulness for Workplace course, a range of themes is introduced and participants have the opportunity to practise these through guided sessions.

This helps develop a habit of practising Mindfulness which will benefit your employees both at work and in their home lives.

Home practice is an important part of our workplace Mindfulness course and we support this by providing access to the Present Mind Mindfulness app.

How long is the course?

Our Mindfulness for Workplace courses typically run over 12 hours. Ideally these are run once a week over 8 sessions, however Present Mind also designs bespoke workplace Mindfulness courses to suit business needs. For example, we have run courses over 6 sessions, 4 sessions or 2 days.

Can the course be tailored for specific groups or interests?

Our Mindfulness for Workplace courses can also be tailored for specific audiences, for example we have run courses for specific teams: Women & Menopause, Parents, and Leaders.

Is our Mindfulness course right for your workplace/needs?

Many companies choose to run the first course as a pilot with evaluation and feedback. Some companies choose to run taster sessions for a wider number of employees to introduce the concept of Mindfulness followed up by the full course for a targeted population.
